I usually just draw in graphite and color pencil, but recently i’ve been using alcohol based markers underneath color pencil which really brings out the color.

Those are really clever and beautiful :-) I'm always so impressed by drawings as it's something I can't do!

do ignore the strange leg and broccoli in the hamster drawing- I actually used to have extreme perfectionism, and I did some exposure therapy to work on being fine with mistakes. I didn’t erase anything and drew it in 20 minutes. Pretty good for the conditions if you ask me! To this day, I am very proud of that drawing.
 
It is easy for us to see imperfections when others don't :-) They are very clever and special. Incidentally the Lion is amazing!

Some of the most famous artists have drawings with imperfections and they later painted them and just kept fiddling about with paints until they felt it was right. Drawings are difficult to get perfect but they are also unique and organic and that's what counts.

I used to do photography and was always very critical of the slightest imperfection, which nobody else noticed! And also sometimes, a photo that is not technically perfect, is actually more appealing due to the feel it gives. Eg creative blur!
 
Here’s a few more photos of drawings. If there are any scribbles or it is extra cropped, it’s probably because of it being a gift to someone and it being scribbled out for others privacy!

the platypus is one of those drawings where i drew it a bit lazy and didn’t put as much work into the details.
 
I really like the Platypus :-) It looks detailed to me. I also especially love the whale - the shape of it :-) They are all lovely. Have you thought about entering any art exhibitions locally? In our small town hall there is an exhibition of works by local people who draw and paint and some are even for sale.
