I have made her some birthday goodies for her enclosure…a toilet roll treat ball, a hanging toy of natural chews, a bundle of natural chews, and there’s also a coconut husk heart

Happy Birthday Poem for Blossom
The 25th of May has arrived,
A very special day,
When a sleepy little hamster pup opened her eyes and said,
"My life will be full of delight".
Her mother kissed her ears and said,
"You are right. Such a pretty hammy cannot fail to find
A home with people who are gentle, patient and kind".
So the pup grew into a feisty adventurer
Who loved to roam,
To chew and dig and longed for a place of her own.
One day a lady called Lovelyness said, "Hello,
That's a sweet hammy! I'd like to take her home to live with me".
So she adopted her and gave her a name full of hope.
Blossom became our friend,
And here we are, together again.

Yes, I am fully expecting that! My guess is that she will bite through the string of the hanging toy and secrete the star in her nest…watch this space…
Those are lovely gifts that she will indeed, enjoy either chewing, hiding, destroying or re-arranging/recreating 
I bet she knows it's her birthday and they are special. That is a really lovely poem by Socks Mum - very special 
(she may be 2 now, but she wants everyone to know she’s still got it!)
Didn’t take too long for it to disappear! She pouched her ‘cake’ and scuttled back off to her nest with it
