Can anyone help me fix my wheel?

My hamster's wheel isn't spinning normally, like it's hard to spin it. I've soaked and washed, it but it didn't help. [ I usually have to wash it twice a month anyway because Benji likes to pee in it]
I've attached a photo of what model I have. Any suggestions?

Hello. I'm not sure exactly which wheel it is from the photo. Do you know if it's a silent wheel with ball bearings? Sometimes the ball bearings go. If it's a more basic wheel then there are various types of constructions at the back. Do you have a photo of the back of it please?

It is a bucastate super silent runner. I just checked the listing and it has double ball bearings. I'll share a screenshot for reference below.

Ah - I suspect the ball bearings have gone then. Maybe if they got wet the odd time if the wheel was washed? I'm aware with another type of silent wheel that the bearings shouldn't get wet (I think they can go rusty as well). Or maybe the bearings have just gone for some other reason,

I would check and see if replacement bearings are available for that wheel. Some wheels do sell replacement bearings

If they can tell you what size they are, you could buy them on eBay. A hardware store might be able to measure them for you
