Hey everyone, I've found some cool ways to make a hamster bottle at home and really wanna share with you guys. These ways is just alternative solutuion in case your hamster's bottle is broken.
The original post was written in Vietnamese, and I'm Vietnamese so if my English was to bad then forgive me!

Or you can just watch these video:

Welcome to the forum! Thank you for these great DIY projects, very well demonstrated and cleverly engineered. I would want end of the the tube where the hamster licks to be very smooth so that his tongue is not abraded. Perhaps filling could need done as part of the preparation. Great video though, and cute hamsters!

Hi. I've checked the link for security, and it seems to be safe, but I've removed it anyway and just left the videos, as it's better if new members introduce themselves first.

I'm guessing it's hard to find water bottles in Vietnam? There is an option to use a small water bowl instead - something like a tealight holder like this

As long as it's put on a shelf or platform or house roof, where it can't get full of bedding and ideally in a corner where it can't be walked in.

It's a clever idea (first video) but personally I think water bottle safety is extremely important - if the bottle doesn't let water out properly a hamster can die in a couple of days. I can see you've made a ball bearing so the water comes out but doesn't pour out. That might work if the bottle was a bit higher up so the hamster can reach without twisting their neck. Sorry to put a damper on it! Even some commercial bottles aren't great and need checking carefully. Any bottle needs checking every day to ensure water is coming out and it's not blocked.

The second video I think it might be simpler just to use a water dish :) But clever ideas and very cute hammies.
