Just saw this about a population of Dormice found in East Sussex - they are so cute - and quite an endangered species I think. I don't think I've ever seen one before.

And also this year some have been released into the wild in Leicestershire - some really cute Dormouse photos on this article! They look a bit like hamsters I think but have tails.

New population of rare hazel dormice found in Lindfield, Sussex
The dormice have been found in Eastern Road nature reserve by volunteers who tracked pawprints.
