I cleaned Eddie's cage out when he was freeroaming. No drama today because he sat in the dig box carrot house snoozing.
I turned the shed the other way which he seems to like. He uses it like a table and sits on the cork piece to eat his fresh food.

Pleased Eddie liked the new position of his table he's figured it out as very convenient

Eddie is so adorable. Is it my imagination or does he look like he has a little more white colouring? Might just be me but I wondered if he was changing colour due to the seasons changing.

I haven't noticed as he always had quite a bit of white in his fur. I'd need to compare with an early photo.

Eddie with his new whimzee.

I put Eddie in the dig box and added a vent to his bin cage for extra ventilation.

The door of the dig box was open but he sat in the carrot houses munching and snoozing while i finished the job.

The sandbath is still his favourite place to sit, in and outside of his cage with the coconut and carrot house a close second.

Eddie likes to just sit around and nibble on something. His pouches are rarely empty and it seems to make little difference whether he's in his cage or out of it.

He can run quite fast and once or twice a week sprints from hamster room to the hall and back.

Sometimes it can be really hard to know exactly what it is that’s going on with them, I guess all you can do is watch & wait to see how it goes.

Did you get the fenugreek seeds to try?

The fenugreek seeds are very aromatic and smell like curry powder.

Is something so strong smelling ok for a hamster or did i buy the wrong ones again?
