He looks adorable peeking out of his cool spot looking for his fresh food, maybe he wants some more of that watermelon.
There’s a bit of a breeze here too but it feels more humid than it did before the thunder & me & Zak are feeling it more too!

I'm not keen on refridgerated sand. Seems a touch unnatural to me. I'd rather turn the ceiling fan on to cool the whole room down. I've tried chilled mugs and tiles before but they didn't go for that either.

For a moment there I read about hamsters in the fridge lol! And thought eek! Having said that, Charlie nearly went in the fridge once, when the door was open.

They are getting as fed up as me with the hot weather and then they wake up and give me that accusing look as in 'mum, i'm hot, do something about it!'

It is very hot and uncomfortable. I hope it cools soon. We will all feel more comfortable.
