How old is Henry now? I'm giving Blossom a bit more Science Selective now she's much older.

My best guess is he's about 2 years and 2 months old. It's a good idea! I might add more tomorrow, he ate all four pellets from his bowl today. Thanks for the suggestion. He also got some more sour cream tonight, and was extra affectionate. Very chatty

Aw, that's super cute!!! What a great dish for that too, looks easy for her to get into. How's her eyesight doing at her refined age?

It’s her tea light holder. I nearly put it in her terracotta saucer, but then realised she likes to sit in it to eat, which could be somewhat messy with porridge! So I put it in her tea light holder instead which is smaller, but has a nice sturdy rim. Her eyesight seems to be fine Blossom says “Hi Henry”

Update on little Henry, he's had two long out of bin sessions to start the week. The rest of it has been slower paced, with some short outings.

He is close to blind, does a little dance on top of the castle with some circling when he wants an adventure (anticipating & trying to find the taxi). Still as adventurous as ever and refuses to give up his love of exploring. Also still very chatty.

Unfortunately despite my best efforts his appetite is a little worse since the vet visit. He doesn't go for most of his old favorites, even flax seeds. Regular heavy cream is one of the few he stops everything for, I whip some up and pipe it through a bag when it's a bit cool. Doesn't stay peaked for long, but he does love it. Going to try a bit of everything tonight, egg white, baby food, see what I can get him to eat.

Blossom is definitely finding it harder to eat harder foods like peanuts, although she still likes to forage for goodies. Porridge has definitely been a good introduction for her.

He's rejecting a lot unfortunately, but he did take some more cream tonight. I did take the chance to weigh him, and he's up 2 grams! Up to 42 now.

I will pick some up for him on the way home tomorrow, worth a shot! How is she doing health wise? She's such a a pretty ham, all the best wishes from us
