How Hard is it to Own Roborovski Hamster?

Theres a robo for adoption near me and I kind of want it but I was looking for a syrian, do you think I should get it? considering I really wanted a syrian... Currently its in a really small petstore cage that has another robo in it with him.

Robos are lovely - they are very different to Syrians, but in some ways easier. They are generally known as more "watch" pets as aren't easy to tame or handle - there are exceptions.

They are quite low maintenance as they barely pee (so don't need much cleaning) and often don't enjoy handling. So I would say they are very easy pets as long as you're happy for them to be most likely "hands-off".
