How i mesh a bin cage lid

Please note: only use power tools when confident and able to do so.

1. Cut mesh to required size. I use a wire cutter.

7. Cut the square. I use a Dremel with a pvc cutting disc attachment. Wear protective clothing and work outdoors or a workshop.

13. Fasten the 4 corners with cable ties as shown, loosely at first and then tighten when mesh is in the correct position.

Thank you! I am getting the stuff together to convert a bin into a temporary enclosure and this is exactly what I needed :)

(I was planning to cut the hole for the mesh and then drill the holes for the cable ties and as soon as I saw that you say to do it the other way around realised why!)
