If you wish to add a web link in your post, just paste it into the body of the message and it will "unfurl" to show the details of the link, after posting. To attach photos or other documents, you just click "attach files" - the tab at the bottom of the message, select your file or photo on your phone or computer and select open or go or whatever. The photo or document appears in a small box at the bottom. You can either leave it there (people clicking on it will be able to enlarge it to see it), or you can click on the word "insert" that appears on the photo/document top left. This pastes the photo in the body of your message. But make sure your cursor is at the end of the message/where you want the photo to appear. When you click on "insert" it gives you the option to insert "full image" or "thumbnail". Click on "full image" and the image appears in your post. Like below.
