Is "Hamsterscaping" the new word for enrichment?

Hamsterscaping is a word that seems to be around these days. It makes sense - a kind of landscaping for a hamster cage - usually in tank style cages probably although could be in any cage.

I think it takes a certain amount of creativity! And maybe is even a hobby in itself as well as providing enrichment for hamsters.
 
It’s a lovely word 😆 I think ‘scaping is the new word in so many areas now it’s just filtered into the hamster world.
In the plant/reptile/aquatic world we have aquascapes, nanoscapes, swampscapes & more so why not scaping for hams too!
 
I have heard that term for about to years which is when I started researching hamsters.

It reminds me of aquascaping too. Designing aquariums with plants and soil. 🙂
