Is this good for my little Luna?

Hi, I was given this as a gift for my hamster, I know the packaging has a hamster photo on this but is this actually safe?

I know sometimes Pets at Home give invalid or out of date advice.

Not sure where they got this?

Those Vitakraft sticks are fine but personally I wouldn't give the grape one as our food list recommends not giving grapes to hamsters. They do a honey and spelt one and another one. Even with the other varieties, it's fine occasionally but not too often as honey is sweet like sugar - just to protect their teeth! But mine love the honey and spelt ones!
