Yeah, she just nipped my unsuspecting OH's foot. She really is back to normal![]()
Either way Lilly sounds like a very bright little hamster how lovely that she bothered to come out to find out why you called her love thatThis must be a co-incidence unless Lilly is a very clever and observant hamster.
Lilly went back into her cage after her freeroam this morning but i forgot to close her cage which is top opening.
A little while later i noticed and my first thought was that she may have escaped.
I called her name twice and she squeaked back at me from somewhere inside her cage. Phew.
Then she surfaced from a tunnel, walked onto her ramp, meerkated looking upwards and disappeared down a tunnel again.
Now of course i'm wondering if Lilly was aware of me forgetting to close her cage, could sense the concern in my voice and came out to check that the lid was shut.
I thought it was you who said Lilly sounds like a racoon. She is totally adorable isn’t she? Such a bundle of energy. It’s lovely to see her back to full health. I am trying to imagine raccoon noises. What do they sound like? She certainly keeps you busy!
