Is there anything similar to this that is hamster size. If there isn't any ideas for something so snowy doesn't just hover up the food

It's a great idea - I'm not sure to be honest. I think there may be but I don't personally know of one. Anyone else? I have seen forage mats. And @ilguy had a suggestion for making treat/forage mats out of cardboard ...........

I will make my little guy a forage board tonight and post a picture or video of him playing with it.
 
You might try scatter feeding to encourage more movement and foraging - I put the plain pellets in the bowl (kind of the "dry cat food") and scatter the yummy seed blend around the enclosure so that they have to work for it ;)
 
That dig box looks interesting. I made a sort of forage box from an Amazon box filled with shredded cardboard bedding and hid/sprinkled treats in it.

Always a good idea, and treat hunts for out of enclosure time.

My little guy was up 3 hours early for an adventure, I wasn't ready with the forage board
