Mr Nibbles Diary

Housekeeping is important. I washed my carpet and curtains yesterday 🏡 Your home sounds very nice 🪣🧹 Dayie day Nibbles 🥰🐾🐾
He was very energetic last night, he was up until 4.00 am and spent most of the time in his wheel 😅
Dayie day aunty I am a strong boy now full of muscles 💪 and it’s so nice and cool. Better for ninja 🥷 hamster 🐹 give hugs to the piggies 🌺🌺 and a special hug for you 🫶 mum said you have been very busy, now have a good rest aunty 🤗 like me, i am in my nest 🪹

Thank you Nibbles, the piggies and I say Dayie day to you ❤️❤️❤️ and get lots of sleep. I hope Mum has time for a nap, it might be difficult keeping up with you 🏎️ It's great the weather is OK right now 🥰🐾🐾

I nap would have been great 😅 I had to cut the trees at my mums. They are small trees in a donut shape (that was dad’s idea bless him). Now I am trying to do a bit of yoga to deal with the pain. But mums happy ❤️ that’s worth it. We can’t get a gardener at the moment.

It does sound like hard work. I hope your wrist is OK 🙏❤️ and you feel better soon. You are a good daughter ❤️
Thank you 🙏🫶 yes my wrist has healed very well. I wear the brace at work for protection and that helped. Since my dad died 10 years ago, my mum has no one here except for me. But I like to help her where I can 🌺🌺

Bless, she's lucky to have you caring for her as you do🥰 I lost mum suddenly with her heart and dad 6 months later with Parkinson's disease. So treasure every day 🙏 your a very caring daughter 🥰💞💖💕Ness

Oh Ness I am so sorry 😔 I lost my stepdad exactly 10 years ago and it broke my heart. He worked all his life so hard and as soon as he was a pensioner he died 🥲 yes I count myself lucky that I still have my mum, she is 82 🫶 that’s why I do everything possible to help her. We are still both very homesick after all these years here. But it would be too much for mum to sell up here and start again in the UK. That is very sad, so I spoil her where I can ❤️

Last night whilst free roaming Nibbles ate one midget and two daddy long legs.
The midget was already dead, I swiped it with a tea towel just before he came out, I thought I had missed it.
He caught the daddy long legs, one was hanging on the bottom of the patio door curtain, one was on the wall. The speed he built up catching them was amazing. He saw them meer cated for a second and lauched himself at them leaping up like a kangaroo 🫣. They were gone in seconds, I watched jaw dropped and couldn’t believe my eyes. 👀
He can jump quite high!
He seemed to have enjoyed his midnight treat 😂

He's a cheeky hammy - I hope he enjoyed his snack. Some hamsters just ignore insects. Depends on the hamster. Did you see about my previous hamster Raffy finding a slug and eating it?!

We don't often see their predatory side, but they are tiny tigers 🐅 Nibbles was probably saying to himself I don't often get freshly caught food 🥰🐾
He was well pleased finding them. He had the zoomies again last night 😂 he did so many laps around the kitchen as was full of mischief. He could run under the cage because of the wheels and he found his corner with his nest. He sniffed it and looked as if to say: it’s nicer on this side of the window and off he was like a 🚀
