She's not daft. Hammy has taken all the big treats off and put them in her nest. At some point she will explore inside the cake.

Happy Birthday Hammy! I can't believe she's a year old already. Higgins had that Rosewood cake too He also took all the balls of the top. Then spent some time nibbling the coconut off. He had a minor investigation inside but as there were no treats in the hay he then started chewing the carrot off the outside. I'm sure hammy will have great fun with it too

Well I got her at the beginning of November last year. And I worked it out on the assumption that they have to be 6 to 8 weeks old, maybe a bit longer, before they can be sold, as that was the case when I used to breed them myself many years ago. Even if I'm wrong, she won't know.

I love spoiling her. She did exactly as I thought she would do. Hammy took all the large bits off the top and straight to her stash.
