Can I double check this with you all on here as to if this would be a safe now and again treat for Mr Maggie?

I have used the other natures menu pouch as advised/linked for giving antibiotics in but I have a pouch of this puppy food open once a month for Worming Margot with (liquid wormer easier to mix into this!) so if it’s safe for Mr Maggie he could get a wee dollop too as a tasty extra.

Ingredients: Chicken, lamb (including heart), rice, minerals, salmon oil l, sunflower oil, dehydrated veg broth.

I would think so - for giving meds in - but I wouldn’t use it otherwise- just to disguise baytril maybe for a short course.

Ah, ok. Thanks Maz. I’ll leave it then.

He doesn’t need any meds, was just that I have an open pouch and thought it would be a nice tasty treat to give him a pea sized amount now and again.

Agreed w/ Maz - as a treat, probably fine. Ingredients should all be safe for hamsters in theory. The guaranteed analysis is different from what your hamster(s) usually get (very low in fiber, noticably low in protein) but most commercial hamster treats are high in sugar, so at least this doesn't have that, and the fat content is reasonable.
