Tonight I'm fetching Pete home after him staying with my sister in law for 9 days he has interacted with her so well I'm hopeing I won't be snubbed but if I am I'm sure he will get over it. I bought him a present it's to help him climb onto the shelf I fixed its not high but he can't quite get up there these steps also have a hide underneath. I hated seeing the empty space where his cage usually sits but he went off with everything his cage, playpen, toys, hides, 2 sand baths 2 wheels everything but the kitchen sink so he would feel at home and he did.

That's a lovely and very practical step. I hope you had a nice holiday. Since you moved Pete with everything the move back won't cause him any upheaval. I bet your sister in law will miss him.

Those stairs look perfect for Pete. I too hope you had a lovely holiday. I know how happy you will be to see Pete again. :)

I love the steps you got for Pete. I'm sure Pete will be very pleased to see you. I hope you had a lovely holiday.

Thank you yes really enjoyed the holiday70th birthday in Majorca despite missing Pete 😀 I did get photos and videos but couldn't transfer them onto here.

I love Majorca, the non or not so touristy parts for me. Where did you stay?

Love the steps! I bet you're looking forward to having Pete back :-) I am sure he will be pleased to see you. Yes he may be a little bit disorientated for a day or two with the change, but I'm sure he'll be pleased to see you and will settle back to normal quickly. And enjoy his new steps :)

With photos you can just upload them directly from a phone on here now - no need to resize them. If they're on a camera it may be more complicated and you'd need to plug the camera into a computer and then you can upload them directly. I'm not sure how you'd get them from a camera to a phone! Some cameras can do that via wifi settings (ie they just bluetooth the photos from the camera to the phone).

Well Pete is home and there has been a couple of minor changes to his cage i:e adding the steps and moving his sandbath to a new position to accommodate them so what did he do when I took him from his carrier into his cage he examined everything but no sign of stress in fact he just seemed incredibly curious and as laid back as ever he hasn't tried the steps yet. It's good to have him home 😍
