Hi All,
My sweet boy Peanut, who will be 2-ish this summer, has sprouted a lump on his left side behind his foreleg. We have a vet visit scheduled for next Friday. Prayers and/or good thoughts for a benign outcome are appreciated. Peanut has already lost a leg after a playpen escape that ended badly for him; he is far too active for the "keep him quiet for 6 weeks and let it heal" option (he was trying to run on his wheel the night he broke it!). He is now Mr Special Olympics in the new inescapable playpen, and puts my other hamster to shame with his high energy levels. I will not put him under the knife again, so I'm hoping this is something we can all live with.
