Replacing things like chews, uneaten sprays, and forage

Possibly stupid question…do things like chews, uneaten sprays, and forage go bad? i.e. do I need to worry about removing these things after a certain amount of time? If so, how do I remove forage when it’s scattered everywhere, I can’t imagine trying to pick that stuff out lol.

Not really They can go a bit stale after some time but not something you want to worry about on a regular basis. Sprays are already dried.
