Little Robin dutifully appeared dead in 8.00 this morning for her meds ,and after a quick cuddle is enjoying foraging for some sunflower seeds that I scattered whilst she was sleeping. Poor little baby,she is sooo bored bless her ,but healing well. She was enjoying games last night where she slides off the sofa into a snuggle pouch ,then we place the pouch back on the sofa,and she runs to slide off again into the pouch . It goes on forever until she is bored,who.can resist ? It's the only game we can think of that can't harm her stitches. Such a clever girl

Hi guys,a quick update on my little Robin. They are happy down the vets that she has healed so well that she can go back to her big cage when she wakes. She was really social with everyone down the vets and they all wanted to keep her . Her biopsies came back and they are confident that they got all the cancer. We just have to monitor for any reoccurring tumours as we would ourselves . Her fur loss is still a mystery ,as they checked all this too,and say it is very rare . They can't do anything about it,but are happy with her skin ,and say it seems healthier ,like the tumour was taking away from her well being.

That is really good news. Glad she is doing so well and the nasty tumour is gone. Maybe her fur will start growing back now.

Little update,since going back into her aura plexi on Thurs, little Miss Robin Banks has gone back to her usual routine of running on her wheel ,stuffing her face and just being adorable. She has healed so very well and hasn't lost anymore weight,thankfully. We check her over every day,and she is back to cuddling and bruxing. She was a little stressed that first week and wouldn't do pan cake splats and bruxing. Attached are photos from yesterday,stuffing her face,and then coming over to get oea nuts off of me.

Thanks guys ,the hide is an ashtray. I found it second hand and thought it would fit my Valentine theme. Robin loves it as she can curl up inside easily. I also have a little salt pig too,but she only shoves her front end into that to eat her popcorn

Thankyou ,she has been back in there a week now,and is Def back to her usual cuddly self. Her scar has almost gone and she seems to have gained some weight back. I am going to weigh her this weekend as it was fine midnight when I was cuddling her last night ,way too late for scales lol
