Yes,Robin was quite a large hamster ,and was 243g right up until January. She was never over wight ,as she is tall and didn't have fat rolls, just a large hamster. Then when she had her breast cancer removed ,she lost quite a bit . I monitor her a lot,she went down to 180 grams, and then last night I weighed her and she has lost another ten grams. So she is normal hamster size now,and the tumour on her foot, although larger,is still intact. She is doing okay for being on palliative care. The vet did say to use the critical care food when I can and give her all the treats in the world .Thankfully Robin loves the critical care food.
