Robins tumour update

Well,little one has asked to go back into her cage. But this time,as she did earlier,she has taken to her red top hide. She isn't impressed that I cleaned her very smelly burrow( she went to have a look) and came straight back up to her top hide. She has bedding in there and all her snacks are now in the entrance to the, hide. My poor little one is still stubborn,and too poorly to rebuild.

I'm so sorry to hear about robin , I hope she has a better day tomorrow. Sending lots of virtual hugs and best wishes Ness

Sad to say that we lost little Robin Banks at 9.40 this evening. She was laying on my chest at the time as she came out of her hide around 8 and collapsed in front of me. We scooped her up for cuddles ,and took it in turns to cuddle her. Oh my god we have cried so much. But she is at peace now,and was in one of her fave places ,being cuddled by her Mam.She went so peacefully ( don't worry she was still with us in this photo)

She came out for cuddles this morning too,and actually enjoyed some carrot and cauliflower. It's been awful seeing her like this,and I am so glad that she didn't stay in her hide to go and we were able to talk to her and cuddle

I am so sorry - I missed the earlier post that Robin had gone to the rainbow bridge and just saw that she came out for cuddles in the later post. Sending huge hugs to you both. It is very sad - I am glad she had your love and care. She's playing over the rainbow bridge now - free from pain. Take care.

Thamkyou all,sadly I had to struggle through work today due to staff shortages ,and I spent a lot of time crying there. My manager did actually let me leave early and we spent sometime putting little Robin to rest in my raspberry plant pot. I will buy a new plaque to go in there too. We have buried her quite far down and put stones on top before placing her favourite hide. My little girl is gone,and she was stubborn to the end .She insisted on not staying too long on Caz just to finish whilst on me. I will have another at some point,I can't cope without them ,and I am so glad that you all loved her little face.
