So today I went to buy some Little One dwarf hamster food I'd rung the pet store (a huge one not pah ) and they said they had it in stock they had misheard only hearing Dwarf hamster food so I ended up buy Science Selective I know its nuggets but I've got enough of the Little One for at least 3 weeks so plenty of time to order online I just would have preferred not to buy online. I also stocked up with Wimzees and bought Petes Christmas present although I will most likely not be able to wait to give it to him my o/h said he won't know so why wait 🤔

He'll love that! I would put it in the freezer for a week first anyway :) I'm not sure - I think hamsters do pick up on when it's Christmas and they know something is different! But no reason they can't have an early Christmas present! :)

Gosh I'm so glad you reminded me about freezing with everything else going on in my head I'd completely forgotten about that does the Science Selective need freezing to with it being nuggets
 
Yes I would freeze both :) Anything food related. If you've already given them to him though, don't worry - it's probably fine - just a precaution. It's a lovely Christmas present for Pete!
 
I’m sure Pete will love his Christmas present, I think I’ll probably be getting the Christmas treats out a bit early here too! Nothing happens here at Christmas so the hamsters don’t mind!
