Why is the coat color of my Chinese Dwarf hamster changing?

I have only had her for two months and all of the sudden her coat is changing color from light brown to grey and tan. Is this possible or am I crazy?

My first thought was maybe you have actually a Winter White hamster but from your profile picture your hamsters are definitely Chinese.

Are you able to post some recent photos? I haven't heard of Chinese hamsters changing colour before but some photos might help.

I've never had a chinese hamster so don't know the answer. Are you keeping two hamsters together? One looks lighter than the other. Is the one on the left the one who is changing colour?

The one on the right is definitely a chinese hamster, but I'm wondering if the one on the left is actually a russian dwarf. Do you have any more photos? (I just looked at the one on your avatar). Chinese hamsters don't change colour - unless they are older and going grey maybe.
