Hi guys,update on my little girl! I found a lump on her back left foot this morning ,so we rushed her to the vet this evening. She has a new tumour that wasn't there in the early hours yesterday morning. I check her every time she is out. I was hoping it was a blister ,but no,the vet confirmed my worst fears. She is very happy in herself and oblivious to it at the mo. However,it will eventually get worse bless her..Neither us ,or the vet wants to faf with further surgery,he says she has been through enough,and we have her a fighting chance and that she is one very unlucky hammy. He has given me metacam just in case,for her to take for a week.
 
Oh I'm sorry. Another lump. Sometimes things have already spread in the system - it's happened to me as well with a hamster. Hopefully it won't affect her much or for a long time.
 
I'm so sorry to hear this. Luckily at the moment lovely Robin knows nothing of all this, but I'm sure her owners are very sad 😔 I hope she has a good bit of more time with you, she is such a sweet little hammy ❤️🙏
