He does look a bit cautious at first :-) He enjoyed that mealworm though. And lol I wondered if he was going to nibble your toe at the end! Must be lovely having him stay by you like that.
 
Loved watching him scoot off at the end there! He's really speedy! As an older gentleham it's his privilege to have the odd quieter day :-)
 
He also built a nest by my feet with extra bedding & paper towel sheets, we had a great time together. He normally doesn't like petting, but for once let me and sat on my hand afterwards. Really happy to see him active tonight, love these moments so much :love:

Every time I have given Henry his favorite treat, it's like an invisible vacuum is taking tiny dots off it. I tried to catch a lick on film, and got one.

Henry was very curious what I was doing :ROFLMAO:

It's snowing outside, so I wanted to see if he lived up to the name Winter White. Henry has a bit of fun digging and eating snow, then wanted an adventure. He also kept climbing on me, very curious about my computer area

Afterwards he was trying to tell me something and I got a series of borderline nibbles when I couldn't figure it out. Also got a good talking to, lots of clicks & noises from him. I think there's something in his enclosure that needs adjustment, but the wheel was fine

Ah the video is lovely - I noticed the first link didn't work last night but was too tired to say anything as it was late :). Is that real snow then? He was cautious but curious. Maybe less interested when realised it didn't taste of cream cheese ha ha.

I know what he was trying to tell you - he was asking for a mug of hot chocolate after being in the snow 🤣

I scooped some up from outside for him when I got home. He could be bugging me for treats, wouldn't be the first time! I'm going to make a dig box with some snow & other substrates on his next adventure
 
He seems to have figured out how to deal with it, moving over it very cautiously. Yes, a mug of hot chocolate and plenty of whipped cream ☕

I'm not suggesting you actually give him hot chocolate by the way! That wouldn't be good for him.
