Hello everyone! It’s certainly been a while. I’m happy to be back and to be sharing my wonderful girl again! Many know I had the NiteAngel Enclosure, which i did a review on. But I wasn’t on this forum at the time when I had to switch.
Here is the story: Angel had a booklice infestation. No matter what we could do, they were in between the wood and plexiglass. There was no way to fully get rid of the bugs without also getting rid of the cage. When I say they were everywhere, they were EVERYWHERE. We had to throw the cage away.
So, Angel had to go back into her old cage. Her ‘old’ cage is now referred to her ‘new’ cage. It was the same 40 gallon aquarium my past hamster, Teddybear, lived in. My hamster care has improved drastically, and I was so afraid that Angel wasn’t going to like her new cage. I transferred her in there, and at first it seemed pretty empty. But I have since changed that, est a few days ago. I have a hamster and me box subscription, so I got new items.
I actually just found some bugs in this new cage yesterday as well; more on that in another post coming soon. But, for the rest of angels life, she will live in this fairy tale enclousure.
