Bots

Bots are a problem for most websites these days. There are good ones and not so good ones and if there are too many trying to look at the forum at the same time it can cause an issue as they take up resources. While there isn't an issue at the moment, there are too many - nearly all from China -, so I'm getting some tech help with it So sorry if I've been a bit quiet today!

Thank you. I was telling Higgins about the annoying bots last night while he was on the sofa - and funnily enough he wasn’t interested .

Let me know if anyone gets a security check/page when accessing the forum - it's a balance between preventing the bots and not making it tedious for members opening the site
