Looking at your photo again, I am wondering what the height distance is between the top of your chest of drawers and the underside of the shelf above it? For a cage to fit there. Don't worry we can help get things sorted for your hammy. One thing I think though, is that the wheel in the cage is probably very small and that could give her back pain - it might be big enough for a dwarf hamster but not a Syrian hamster. Or she might stop using it if it's uncomfortable, and then she could have pent up energy and start chewing the bars.
So all you need is 1) A refund from pets at home 2) A Savic Plaza 100 or similar (it is only about 20 cm wider
) but a bit taller to fit a larger wheel and a bit deeper. You can make enrichment items from cardboard - it doesn't need to be expensive.
