Did I adopt a hamster or a sentient 90° angle?

[Round Syrian hamster with his body inexplicably bent to the side seemingly at a perfect right angle as he stands to drink from his water sippy]

Nothing is wrong with him or the height of the sippy, I've seen him drinking out of it in the usual fashion. I think Laundry Hamper was just mugging for the camera

He looks very bendy One of mine, Higgins is strangely bendy in the middle too and also quite long for a hamster. When he went round a corner it reminded me of one of those articulated buses

On the other hand it could be there is not quite enough space between the platform and wheel for him to reach the water spout or height is a bit low?

Nah, he's drank from it normally on other occasions, he was just being silly that moment.

It's actually glow-in-the-dark green! (Or marketed as such, anyway. It barely glows.) It was the only one Chewy had that was big enough and not of the dangerously rough or holey textures of the other varieties of Silent Runners
