There would be a campaign to bring back true hibernation as a way of saving energy and reducing pollution in winter as well as education about the difference between hibernation and torpor and the risks and benefits of hibernation

There would be incentives such as warm, biodegradable bedding and foodstuff that can be stored safely all winter without needing refrigeration, such as sunflower seeds and corn

This reminds me of when we had the hamster election during the UK general election, and the hamsters had their own campaigns. There’s a thread on it somewhere on here.
