That's so great to hear :love: I'm always impressed with how good vets are at handling hams, I don't think I'd have the hand eye coordination for a little robo

Well you have to be fast and devious !! He took his meds great for a while , whilst he was so bad , but once he started getting better , he didn't want to take them , and wriggled a lot. In the end I held him in a gardening gloves , so his bites were useless !!! Glad he's off them now , and can get proper rest without having to be disturbed twice a day for them.
 
Thanks all , lovely messages. And Bobby is fine in his new playpen so I have warmed up to it now. I did find two tiny teeth dent marks in the base , but didn't break through and he doesn't seem to be trying since , so I think he has decided he's not gonna escape that way. I also block off the corners with hides and stuff so he doesn't get by the gaps ! I got the small one and it's plenty big for him. X
 
Had Bobby out this evening. When I got him in the laundry basket to take him back to bed , I decided to try and smooth him. He was running round in there and jumping up at the sides , so I tried smoothing his side every time he ran past my hand. He didn't take much notice for a while , but then started to pause for a few seconds to let me smooth him , and eventually he just laid flat in there and let me smooth him for ages. I am going to do this every time I get him out now , so we can build on it he let me smooth him while he was washing too. And he closed his eyes for a bit whilst he was laying flat while I smoothed him. Love it. 💕
