He's looking lovely and glossy 
His new place looks very smart. Great to see him taking food enthusiastically in the heat. I was up at 4 getting cucumber and hay into hot piggies

I feel like a dead duck 
I just went shopping for my mum, you just can’t go outside here 
Walking back up the stairs I nearly fainted and had to sit down for five minutes. I ordered 10 ice packs from Amazon for under the cage, cold stones are on the house roof and all of my jugs are in the fridge enough to rotate. I am heading off to bed for a power nap

It's a bit worrying. It might be a medical issue. I hate going to see doctors

I suffer from low blood pressure, I have always had the issue. It reminds me to drink more waterIt's a bit worrying. It might be a medical issue. I hate going to see doctors

Urgh 
it's 32C and tomorrow is 34C 
I found a tiny little chiller unit and that is blowing near Truffle's cage. I cleaned their cages completely this morning and gave them fresh bedding. The ice bottles, pods and packs won't refreeze, their full of slush but they still help 
I'm OK, with my feet in cold water. I need to be vigilant over the piggies though. I was up at 4am feeding them hay and cucumber

same here. I can’t see Nibbles he’s climbed upstairs. He does that sometimes, but the worrying starts. I have put the cold stones on top of the house, now I will rotate to a cold mug
My ice packs are slushy too
I have fainted so often, now I can feel it coming and just lie downYes, mine tends to be on the low side

I have had it since I was around 16 now I am 59That sounds a bit hazardous. Are you sure it's not a heart issue
the docs say it’s just low blood pressure, high is more dangerous 
When it goes down I panic, which doesn’t help so it’s a combo of low blood pressure and panic attacks.

Yes that’s what happens. I have been for therapy, he was a professor of one of the best centres and he was lovely. He said this country is not a healthy place for meAh, panic attacks aren't nice. I think the heat probably makes it harder to breath because of the humidity and makes them more likely

I'm 61 and get episodes of fast heart beat I try to eat carefully and do mild weights and pilates. I think the drugs and operations can make things worse. The doctors don't really care much
