It was terrible down there the humidity rose like hell, I didn’t like how he looked and he wanted out. I can’t get any vet 
Lady vet said take him up cool his house and tonight it’s getting colder tomorrow morning until 12 it will be 29 degrees.

Are your floor tiles still cool? Walking on them would be good as it would cool his paws 
He’s to active to let him roam he’s really picking up, cracked a monkey nut, he’s running around investigating. I think it’s better to leave him there.Are your floor tiles still cool? Walking on them would be good as it would cool his paws
I have got loads of cold things on top underneath and in the cage. I am shaking

That's good, the cold things make a big difference. Bottles of ice water for my piggies through. My freezer has a few bags of food and lots of bottles and ice pods

It was awful 
the neighbour had been soaking his garden. When I went down it was so damp, cool but very damp. I was soaking wet in minutes. He was out but not in his wheel and he didn’t look okay. I hope he will be alright. He is chilling on top of his house at the moment

This morning we have thunderstorms and it’s 19 outside.
Here in the office it was 38 degrees this morning
I have cooked it down to 33 so far.
My brain
is melting.
Managed two hours of sleep last night, Nibbles seemed ok he chilled on his mch and I put mugs on too and ice packs underneath.?

Perhaps reduce the depth of his bedding? It is a great worry. I will be very glad when the days get shorter again. For myself the heat is just about OK, but keeping pets safe can be difficult and a great worry It's good though that your flat is down

I started early today and my boss told me to leave because it was just too hot to work.Clever boy Nibbles, hamsters are master builders
At home it’s 23 degrees at the moment, I hope to keep it cool

I have had a sleep and I am feeling better.
I instinctively did the right thing yesterday as today it’s warmer in the cellar. Yesterday my neighbour had the tumble dryer installed on all day! Hence the high humidity and the heat down there today
