I have once while sitting on a beach in Cornwall 25 years ago. One sniff and i chucked them. Never touched them since.

I had a slightly unusual childhood whereby we didn't have a TV or go to cinemas or theatres, not because my parents necessarily strongly objected to them but it was just the norm in our religious background to not have them. We had a computer because it's very difficult not to have one nowadays and it was necessary for homework etc. I did go to the theatre once on a school trip, but never the cinema! I do like films sometimes now but don't really see the attraction of going to watch one in public.

Thank you for sharing that. I really dislike the cinema and have not been for years so was curious to hear if you felt the same way. :)
