Finally got a day off to spend soiling Misty! She asked me to pick her out of the cage Tues just before I had to go to work ,aaargh. But then she asked again today,she went onto the sofa for an adventure . Jumped on the floor,so when had to go in the basket. She slept until the playpen was ready and she is really enjoying herself in there.

Lovely seeing Misty enjoying the playpen - I missed that earlier and just saw the post about the sign It sounds like things are going very well and she's bonding with you already a bit.

It was strange setting it up again,but I knew she was ready. She loves her wheel,for hours each night too. And when I check on her,she is there surveying,stood on her back legs.

Well up today and enjoying treats ,wouldn't get into the taxi and wanted to come onto my chest.She was fine there for all of a second this time ,panicked ,squeaked at me and ended up on the floor. Thankfully she landed on the carpet ,and looked at me as if to say 'what the hell just happend "? We put her wheel, that I had just washed over her ,then enticed her into the boot. She is running like a crazy girl in her playpen now after having a wash cus her fur touched the floor.

She just flopped out of the wheel in her sleep,went under the wheel to wash,and then scared herself cus she moved the wheel. Poor little baby,a couple of "firsts " for her today

Yes thanks,she is so gorgeous ,and gaining a little bit of extra confidence each day. She took the taxi back to the enclosure and is now curled up in a ball on her wheel.

I am very lucky that I haven't lost her yet. But when she was on the floor she just stayed by me thankfully. She has worn herself out again and thankfully isn't scared to sleep out in the open ,once she is back in her cage.
