Yes I remember the wodent wheels and silent spinners

I never actually had a silent spinner as they got worse after a manufacturing change and wouldn't spin properly so didn't bother. Wodent wheel was ok - trixie not much different in terms of how well it spins. Silent wheels with ballbearings do tend to spin much better and be easier to push. I used to have the wood Karlie/Trixie silent wheels but gave up on those as they kept breaking.
I like the 12" Silent "runner" wheels. They seem to go on forever, aren't too bulky, have a height adjustable stand or can fix to bars. But slightly fiddly to take apart for cleaning (they are a similar idea to the wodent and trixie plastic wheels).
Have linked our wheels thread below if it helps! If you do end up getting a dwarf I can recommend this 10.5" wheel from Getzoo. It's made of food grade plastic with a cork running track which is replaceable and has a wood stand. It's 27cm but that is external diameter. Internal is about 10.5". Their wood wheels are heavier.
Niteangel wheels seem very popular these days, although I've never tried one - and they are expensive.
Personally I wouldn't get that Bucatstate wheel unless you were going to stick cork to the running track.
