He looks very relaxed and enjoying his cucumber :) That's a lovely photo with the little heart dish in the background.

Tomorrow is Orko's gotcha day. Our sweet little boy will have been with us for one year. I made him a biscuit to celebrate. It is made out of water, Japanese millet, spinach seeds and buckwheat flour.

Orko is going to love that! You are clever. It looks very special and tasty. I am looking forward to seeing the gotcha day boy enjoying that tomorrow. Is it really a year?!!!!

I also cannot believe it is a year since he arrived. I remember the day he came here so clearly. It has been amazing getting to know him. I hope he does like the biscuit. :)

Is it a baked biscuit?

I also remember the day this tiny hamster arrived and turned out to be a robo.

Oops, I forgot to mention I put it in the oven for 20 minutes. I am terrible at explaining things.

I am so touched you remember. I was just told he was a dwarf and was unaware he was a robo. :)

Orkos treat looks fabulous! He's going to enjoy that. He looks very cute nibbling the cucumber ☺️ those sweet little ears, adorable!

Happy Gotcha day Orko!
His treat does look great, I’m sure he’s really going to love that.

Happy Gotcha day Orko! Wonderful article Rainbow/Simon!

Happy Gotcha day Orko. Your insights and thoughts on the last year are very profound indeed. They will be of great use to other hamsters being rehomed. 😍

I dare not hint to Orko how much his interview made me chuckle. I would not want to offend him on such a big day.
Simon Syrian did a great job.

Hi Orko, I’ve just shared your article with Hams and he was very impressed. Wishing you a Happy Gotcha Day!

I think Orko must have a hangover after his gotcha day but maybe he'll report back tomorrow :)
