Teddy 
is doing great, he's very settled in a routine. Gets up around 10.30 and goes back to bed between 2.30 and 3.00am 
he does a little check on hubby around 5am , then it's back to his bed . He's sleeping still in full view, which is lovely because we can see him 
He really doesn't seem to mind us getting on with chores. He doesn't mind the hoover and I've watched him when snoop barks and he really doesn't seem to mind at all. We've always got on as normal as far as daily life is concerned and I think that's best because they get used to things around them and realise it's ok. He enjoyed his dish last night, he had a piece of carrot 
and a pea and Nibblot

I hadn't looked in the tray end of his enclosure this morning before writing the above. I was surprised to find the carrot cottage has been moved... It's now on its roof in the middle by his sandbath. Looking on the camera he was a ninja! Climbing up on the roof and literally pulling it over on its roof and having a good nibble. He obviously got fed up with wrestling the crocodile 
and decided to go for something bigger. Well I now know what he's dreaming about all sweet and innocent looking in his bed

Teddy had a good night! He was up from 10,45 till 3am He didn't throw his carrot cottage around last night... I moved it from the tray to a flatter base so he could get on top and it couldn't be pulled over, I love this photo because he could tell I'd moved his ball next to the wheel! How he could tell I don't know... But he knew!! I love how he's up on his back legs

Teddy was up and about last night at 11pm till 3am He enjoyed running on his wheel and having a good forage on his tray and around his enclosure. He's still enjoying his lounge tunnel, I opened up the end of his tunnel to show him another way out which he seems to like! On his dish last night he had a piece of carrot and a very small pinch of organic brown linseed. He only has this very occasionally to keep his coat in good condition. This is teddy yesterday afternoon as I was hoovering.. he really doesn't seem to mind

Teddy has been lovely, he's been sticking to a good routine each night 
up around 11pm back to bed around 3am . Looking on camera he seemed to get up via the lounge tunnel last night, which would mean he's done quite a long burrow from where he's sleeping against the perspex by hubby! I'll watch again and see if that's actually what's happening tonight I ordered him some more of his Coco soil for his tray this week, I get it from Hamster Helper because it's already sterilised and ready to go. Teddy loves that end of his tray ! It's so soft and gentle on his little feet the other end of his tray is cork granules which he also likes foraging through but it's a totally different feel on his feet to the other end, it's big and chunky ! In the middle of these two substrates I cut some small pieces of cork tile just to make the journey between the two gentler. He loves his tray Ness

Their tunnels can be surprisingly long. He must be enjoying making and using them
