Thought I would resurrect this from days gone by, it's just a bit of fun really, so in my Electric Hamster Orchestra I would have,
On Drums - Ghost
On Bass - Forest
On Keyboards and Backing vocals - Poppy and Miss Pip
Lead Guitar and Lead and Singer - Scruffy Curious George.
They would open with;
" Crazy Hamsters" then
" Running on my Wheel" (to Kate Bush running up that hill) then
I'm in love with a German Hamster,
A classic Xmas hit a "Hamster tail of New York" followed by "Hamster Baby"
So don't be shy indulge your self...
 
Great idea! And boy I can just picture that band! Are we supposed to do something similar?

I would have:

Moo (black and white syrian) on keyboards (he was quite nimble)
Nugget and Pip (both robos) on drums
Newt (Syrian) on lead guitar
Charlie on bass guitar (he was quite laid back)
Raffy (Syrian) on vocals because he's good at dancing lol

They would open with:

"I lost my heart to starship hamster (trooper)"
"Fireball Ham" by Deep Purple (so Raffy can leap about a bit).
"They say there'll be cheese at Christmas" (Greg Lake)

Oh help, this brought a lump to my throat.
The original EHO was dreamt up a few years back and my elderly Mocho was dubbed Sir Mocho Rattle to conduct the orchestra. He was too elderly to play an instrument by then and was put in charge! It turned out to be a lot of fun in the last weeks of his life and I envisaged the EHO serenading him across the rainbow bridge to be welcomed by Charlie and others of our hamily.

I hope the idea, resurrected here - thanks Hamographer- can be updated and bring a lot of fun here too.

See my ideas weren't too bad thought that resurrection here wouldn't be bad as there is only a few of us remember the original I came up with..

It is great! I am sure more people will see the thread soon - busy time of year lol. Elusive - you could have 3 bands!
 
Orko could be a busker? The traditional type that plays lots of instruments at once!

I just moved some posts to a separate thread to carry on the chat about happy memories, so Hamographer's thread can continue with offerings! As he came up with at the start :)

Maybe Orko could team up with one of Beryl's or Elusive's bands?!
 
Great idea - so the Rolling Robos band would include? Scottie, Finley, Orko, Pip and Bernard? Anyone else? Pip would like to stay on drums please.
 
What I like about your version Hamographer, is all our hamsters, past and present can be in our own individual bands too.

Bearing that in mind, does it just have to be hamsters Hamographer, or could people have all their past and present pets in a band and include rabbits and guinea pigs? Just thinking that's how we could have our individual bands too.
