Which way does your hamster run in their wheel?

Raffy always runs pointing right. Pip always runs pointing left.

Is that the direction us looking at the wheel or seen hamster view from the wheel?
Looking at Scottie, he always points to the left which would be his right.

Orko changes through out. He runs then stops and changes direction and runs again. I actually assumed all hamsters did this!

Yes I meant as you look at the hamster - so our left and right. I find it interesting they have a preferred side! Like being left and right handed almost.

He changes his direction constantly. He seems so different to other hamsters.

In the playpen, perhaps because I move the position of things around, he tends to run which ever way he climbs in, as it’s a Trixie wheel which has the cover over the front.

In his enclosure though where the wheel stays in the same place and the cover is off, he always climbs in and runs to the left

Mr. L. Bear runs in both directions. He sometimes stops and lets it swing him back and forth. He runs so fast I can't see his feet!
