Cold winter nights are upon us and it's important hamsters don't get too cold, or they can go into "torpor" - and rarely recover from this.

To avoid it happening, make sure your hamsters are kept warm enough - room temperature is the main thing, but insulating cages or using snuggle safe heating pads under the cage can help as well.
