I opened the top door which is a bit noisy to take a photo but it never seems to bother him. He just carries on with what he's doing.

Bernard is the smallest but he is the fastest.

Bernard's going a bit wild on the flying saucers tonight but don't want to switch the ceiling light on again to video.

He runs way better on the 12in one and prefers it. He's so energetic and keeps flying off the small saucer. Doesn't put him off though.

That’s interesting - does he not fly off the 12” one then? If not then maybe the flying off thing is purely to do with the size of the saucer.

No, he doesn't fly off the 12in saucer. I think the small one picks up more speed and he runs so fast that he gets thrown off.

Lilly is zooming around now. Everybody but Finley has been out tonight. It's not always that busy.
Lilly can run very fast but i think that Bernard can run even faster.

I'd like to try Pip with the 12" saucer. Mind you he's only just getting the hang of the small one.

Wow, he’s amazing, so fast!! Super speedy Bernard 🐹😁

I'm holding Bernard very lightly and he could easily jump out of my hand but he doesn't.

Obviously, i need both my hands so couldn't take a photo but he stays on my hand now for a little while and let's me stroke him.

Aw that's lovely! I would love to have a robo on my hand for a stroke :-) They do seem to be a bit different with handling. I've also found that once you do hold them, they don't try and wriggle free but just stay still - for a while anyway. They're just hard to pick up in the first place as so fast. Unless they hop on your hand. I think some depends on their start in life as well.

I can scoop him up when he's on the floor, he even comes to me. Different scenario altogether inside his tank. I can't scoop him up from there or touch him.

That’s lovely that he’s so comfortable with your hands now, love the photo.
I remember someone else who had a robo that was comfortable with hands & handling out of the cage but definitely not in the cage.

Oh the picture of Bernard in your hand is so precious! I hear robos are still once in your hand but Orko isnt. He squashes himself flat and tries to get between my fingers. He will not be still for even a second! So lovely to hear how safe Bernard feels with you. :)

He looks like he owes you some money!
