She’s looking very good

Other than her back paw and the weight loss bless her,she is still looking bright and has a shiny coat. Always curious and adorable. I am still giving her pain relief now and again,on vets advice ,but not every day due to her kidneys etc.

Has she lost weight? I thought she looks so good on the fotos definitely not to slim. I pray little Robin stays fit for a long time and you can enjoy many more cuddles

Yes,Robin was quite a large hamster ,and was 243g right up until January. She was never over wight ,as she is tall and didn't have fat rolls,just a large hamster. Then when she had her breast cancer removed ,she lost quite a bit . I monitor her a lot,she went down to 180 grams,and then last night I weighed her and she has lost another ten grams. So she is normal hamster size now,and the tumour on her foot,although larger,is still intact. She is doing okay for being on palliative care. The vet did say to use the critical care food when I can and give her all the treats in the world .Thankfully Robin loves the critical care food.

I was thinking earlier how much bigger Robin is than Nibbles (170g)
I wish he reaches that size, it would be less intimidating scooping him up but it’s getting easier now he knows what to expect. Robin really has an impressive size I love the big hamsters.
