Forecast says are temperatures are 28, 28 and 29 degrees over the next few days (outside). South is 33 apparently and has a red weather warning.

My phone weather app is saying 32 for us tomorrow! Not looking forward to that. It should be the last hot day though! I hope so. Ne

Tomorrow is 32C, Friday is 34C and Saturday is a relatively mild 30C and then Sunday plunges to 25C and the rest of next week there will be polar bears walking round Southern England

Friday 34 Saturday 35 Sunday 32 and Monday 25 then it will get cooler……

All the best guys! This should be the last day of extreme heat, let's hope so. I didn't expect teddy to get up to much last night, but quite amazingly he more or less did his usual things. I gave him a piece of cauliflower and I piece of carrot purely for help with hydration for him. He also ate the Nibblot that he hid in one of his hides. He still did his wheel and plenty of foraging, so yes I was very relieved! It's today I'm very concerned about I'll be glad when it's over and we can get back to some form of normality Ness

Morning everyone we had a huge thunderstorm last night,! It didn't cool things down as much as I'd hoped. It was still an unbearable night. Teddy did so well, his enclosure was the warmest yet at 25.6 that's with trying to cool it..in the end I thought I was making it worse so I left it alone. Teddy seemed totally fine he did all of his normal things even the wheel workout! He had carrot and a pea on his dish with a Nibblot.. all gone. I think his enclosure being so big must help him to find comfortable areas. All the best guys Ness

It would be nice if it was a little bit cooler, it's still quite hot here. There's so much to do.. but it knocks you about. It must be my age I think The enclosure has dropped to 24 which is better but will feel better when it drops more! Ness

Morning everyone, it was still very muggy and humid here in Cornwall last night! We actually had to switch the dehumidifier on because it was just too wet everywhere. Dear teddy is doing his best considering his enclosure stayed at 24 all night, he used his cool hides and ate his 2 peas and Nibblot. He did have some sessions on his wheel ( obviously thinking of his figure) and a very small nibble of his wooden carrot I think they can cope more than we give them credit sometimes. I hope it gets more manageable today so much to do Ness

He had carrot and his Nibblot on his dish ( his favourite) I can't help but feel all this hot weather is getting to him as much as it is us! I look forward to normal temperatures and things getting more normal. Bless him he did do all of his normal things, just over a shorter time scale Ness

I hope things are better for you today I think it's the humidity that is the worst personally, it affects the air quality for breathing. I was ok until it got humid. Thankfully that has passed now. I hope it's better for you and Teddy today.

Yes the humidity is the worst! It's so much better when that goes away. Things should get better for all of us now Ness

Hi everyone Teddy had another quiet night last night, he was only up a couple of hours again! Did his usual things.. wheel and good foraging. He had 2 peas and his Nibblot! He seemed to enjoy his hides alot.. I don't put food in his hides and the bit of bedding he did have in it I took out because of the heat as you can see in the picture he has put some bedding in and some food ! He knows what he wants Ness
