Cardboard creations

Such a really clever and lovely idea :) And very practical too. I'm always a bit cautious about paints (as you know). Do you have more info on those in case anyone else makes them and gets the wrong kind of paint?
They are non toxic paint pens made especially for children. I will supervise Orko as I always do when he is in the playpen so there is no danger to him. :)

Of course I know you will. I'm still cautious as not everything that's suitable for children is safe for pets as well. There are masses of different non toxic paints for children online. Non toxic could mean re fumes rather than if eaten as well. Personally I'd probably stick to plastikote or food dyes. Orko may not chew it but some hamsters will chew cardboard. Not meaning to put a damper on it! They are really beautiful steps.

The stairs I made wobbled when Orko tried to use them. This scared him and he did not want to use them so I have tried a different style.

This is the same but I put cork circles on the tops as they should be more stable.

What food is on them? Is it all nuts, or some nuts and other things?

These are so good I had to insert them as full size photos :-) Just a tip, if you want to do that yourself, you move your mouse over the uploaded small photos where it says insert, and another menu opens underneath that says full size. So you click on the second drop down bit to insert them full size into your post, whereas just "insert" only inserts the small thumbnails :-)

Aww thanks…I didn’t insert full size as there were quite a few, but I’m so glad they are considered worthy of being full size ☺️

I have a fair few cardboard boxes and my cardboard bin is already full (and doesn't get emptied for another 2 weeks 😳) so im in desperate need of cardboard pet inspiration! Is there any such thing as a small pet safe glue? I was thinking of trying to make Teddy a maze for out of cage time?

You can use Elmers glue. Any non toxic, childrens glue is okay too.
