This is incredible.
I couldn't see Eddie in the playground so i called him and he appeared from the gap between door and wall. He meerkated like he was saying 'look, i'm here' and came towards me.

Eddie's a velcro hamster and clings to my hand going flat.
Pancake looked like a furry bracelet they way he wrapped himself flat around my wrist.

I just sat on the floor with Eddie on my hands and kept sniffing him. Yes, human sniffed hamster.

He has this typical, musty dwarf boy smell about him which is really quite pleasant.

Same. Snowy has a lovely smell. She smelled rather unpleasant when I first got her, but she had been sleeping in a plastic tube and didn't have a sandbath. I reckon a good 90% of the reputation hamsters have for being stinky is just due to poor care...

I'm hoping I eventually get to find out what Paŭ smells like. I'm sure the average person would think that is weird!

Eddie is back. Haven't seen much of him while he settled into his new home. Today he came to the front of his cage and i scooped him up in my hands. He climbed around on me for a while, sat on my arm for a wash and tickled my neck.
