I'm trying! I think it might be on the top of a branch on the left side of the tree in the middle of the photo? It seems to have a white breast - is that right? Is it an owl? Seems unlikely during daylight but I can't think of anything else with a white breast.

Yes , you've found it!! We debated for a while about what type of bird it was because it was so big. We thought it might be a hen harrier because they are seen in this area.. but rare. So we settled on a Buzzard 🥰💓💕💞💗 Ness
 
I enlarged the first one and it could be an Osprey, or it could be a young buzzard as their coats are lighter apparently. Certainly doesn't look familiar to me!

Second one looks like a seagull to me - maybe?
